Zucchini Pie

Holiday dinner invites are rolling in quickly, and if you need a dish to bring to a family gathering or a work potluck, here’s a deliciously easy side dish! If you simply don’t care for the traditional Green Bean Casserole, like myself (yes I just said that), then this is the perfect replacement! Don’t get me wrong, I love green beans, just not in a casserole.

I received this recipe from a fellow mom friend who brought it to bible study one afternoon and I was hooked! My four year old even liked it and she’s not a fan of zucchini. I have tweaked it a bit to my liking and its delish!
